How to redeem your Jersey Zoo gift card

Simply present your gift card at the beginning of any transaction at the following sites – zoo admissions, gift shop, Dodo Café, Firefly Café.

If you wish to redeem your gift card via our online shop, please contact our Visitor Centre team on +44 (0) 1534 860000 | visitor.centre@durrell.org before placing your order.

Terms and Conditions

Your gift card cannot currently be used against our accommodation, charity shop or mobility hire.

No change will be given if the gift card value exceeds the value of the transaction.

To check your remaining balance please contact our Visitor Centre team.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost, stolen or destroyed gift cards will not be accepted.
