Safeguarding

Together for wildlife and people

At Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust we’re committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for everyone who engages with us, including visitors, staff, volunteers, and especially children, young people and adults at risk

As an international conservation charity with a public facing zoo in Jersey, we take our safeguarding responsibilities seriously and strive to promote the welfare of all individuals who come into contact with our work.

Safeguarding is a shared responsibility. Whether you’re visiting us for the day, supporting our conservation work or volunteering your time – we all have a role to play in ensuring a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
