The maximum group size for each experience booking is 8. The minimum group size per booking is 2 (one paid adult entry and one paid child entry).
Normal zoo admission fees also apply. Non-members can receive 50% off their day ticket to Jersey Zoo when also booking a Santa’s Enchanted Elevator Experience entry.

How does the experience work?
As part of the experience, you’ll ride the Enchanted Elevator up through the clouds to the North Pole. Once you’ve arrived at the North Pole, you’ll spend some time in Santa’s study before one of Santa’s elves comes to take you and your family to meet Santa. After meeting Santa, you’ll then go to his Toy Factory to choose your gift.
All customers must stick to their booked time and arrive promptly so that all guests can have a magical experience.
How long does the experience last?
Approximately 10-12 minutes.
Do we see Santa in just our family group?
Yes, your Enchanted Elevator Experience booking is exclusive to your family group.
Will children receive a gift from Santa?
As part of this experience, Santa will be speaking with children and posing for photographs. During this time, Santa will give children a token for his Toy Factory. When your time with Santa is done, our elves will guide you to the Toy Factory to select your gift. Babies under 12 months are able to visit free of charge with a paying family group and do not require a Santa’s Enchanted Elevator Experience entry ticket, however, they will not receive a gift. If this is required, please book as a Child Entry.
Can I bring a child with a pushchair?
All young children are welcome at our event, however, pushchairs are not permitted within this event space. Our team will direct you to a pram parking area in advance of your experience.
Does my Santa’s Enchanted Elevator Experience ticket also include access to Jersey Zoo?
No, you will need to pay zoo admission separately or have a valid membership and your ID. For guests that require a zoo admission ticket, a 50% discount on zoo admission is available in conjunction with your Santa’s Enchanted Elevator Experience entry ticket. Please select the appropriate number required when booking.
What time should I arrive?
You need to arrive at Santa’s Enchanted Elevator Experience at the time clearly stated on your booking confirmation. We advise arriving at least 5 minutes before the start of your allocated session time. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to move you to a later session if you miss your booking time, as this is a capacity managed event.
Do you offer any provisions for children with additional needs?
Yes, please make our zoo admissions team aware upon arrival. We can issue a wristband which will, where possible, allow your group to bypass the short queue for Santa’s Enchanted Elevator Experience. We will endeavour to reduce any wait times but cannot guarantee that there won’t be a wait. We can only accommodate a limited number of wristbands per session, so to ensure they go to those who truly need this additional support, please only request this if you absolutely need it.
Do you have special sessions for children with additional needs?
Yes, these include the following adjustments:
Elevator can be passed through quietly or bypassed entirely if required.
Lowered music with staff, elves and Santa briefed to adopt a quieter, more gentle approach.
Reduced capacity to usual sessions.
