Saturday 27 September
Brought to you by the phenomenal team behind the Wilderness and Jewels of Assam Balls, we are excited to announce the spectacular, Founder’s Ball.
This show-stopping evening will transport guests back in time and then take them on a journey through the life of our amazing founder, Gerald Durrell. The immersive evening will be entertaining from start to finish, whisking guests away to Corfu for Gerald’s childhood before returning to Jersey to understand more about his legacy and impact on conservation.

Silent Auction
Jersey Zoo truly is the heartbeat of Durrell, but running a zoo on a small island is a huge challenge. We need your support to ensure that our zoo thrives in the coming years.
Rising costs and increased pressure on the natural world mean that our work today is more important than ever.
The knowledge and skills acquired by our zoo-based team in breeding, research, training and education are shared with our field-based teams around the world and play an important role in our work in Madagascar, India, Brazil, Mauritius, the Galapagos, St Lucia and Sumatra. From the smallest frog to the mighty gorilla, our zoo provides a unique opportunity to connect with nature and understand the challenges our world faces.
Please help us raise critical funds by participating in our auction or by making a donation.
The online auction will close at 10.30pm on Saturday 27 September.

World renowned singer, songwriter, actress and television personality Lulu, will perform during the evening, supported by the sensational Swan Band and featuring legendary musical collaborations from her amazing 60 year career.
Taking place on Saturday 27 September 2025, at the Royal Jersey Showground in Jersey, guests will be able to view never seen before mementos and photos from Gerald Durrell’s private collection and will have the chance to snap up some amazing, once in a lifetime experiences and prizes.
