Trustee Election
Members are reminded that they can only participate in the Trustee Election in advance of the AGM by submitting their ballot paper online by 23:59 on Saturday 19 September 2026. Members will have received an email or letter from Civica Election Services with instructions on how to vote.

Attend the AGM or appoint a proxy
The AGM takes place at 6pm on Thursday 24 September 2026 at Princess Royal Pavillion, Jersey Zoo, Trinity, JE3 5BP. To attend you must be a current Durrell member aged 16 or over and have registered to attend in advance of the AGM. If you cannot attend the AGM in person, you can appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. Members will have received an email or letter from Civica Election Services with instructions on how to appoint a proxy.
Registration for tickets to attend the AGM will close at 23:59 on Tuesday 15 September 2026. Tickets are non-transferable and issued on a first come, first served basis. Once the total number of tickets have been allocated, we reserve the right to close registration and no reserve lists will be held.
