Take That to perform live at The Investec Rainforest Ball

We are delighted to announce an exciting new event for the 2017 calendar; The Investec Rainforest Ball, with an exclusive guest performance by Take That.

In partnership with the Sumatran Orangutan Conservation Programme (SOCP) and Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, the event will take place on Saturday 16th September at the Royal Jersey Showground from 6.30pm onwards. All monies raised on the evening will go towards funding a new orangutan haven in Sumatra, and helping Durrell continue with their critical conservation work in the region.

Thanks to an overwhelmingly kind gift from Elaine and Chris Fairfax we are delighted that Take That will be performing live at The Investec Rainforest Ball. Elaine and Chris are lifelong animal lovers as well as supporters of Durrell who recently bid to have a private concert with Take That through Children in Need.

Guests will also be treated to an evening of fine dining using ingredients grown in the Durrell gardens, dancing, silent & live auctions plus other exciting entertainment.

Thank you to our sponsors Investec and D.G.R. Slatter and all those who have generously donated either their time or prizes for the raffle and auctions.

Tables for this amazing evening are £5,000 for ten people (over 18s only) and to book your place, email RainforestBall@durrell.org.
