Join us for a terror-ific time at Jersey Zoo this Halloween! Enjoy a scarlily good time following our Trick or Treat trail during the day, or if you’re feeling brave, stay for Halloween Evenings and take a ride in the Hellevator!

Trick or Treat trail
10:00 – 15:00
Meet our dead-icated team of eerie-sistible keepers and colleagues across the site, with the chance to get their very own trick or treat.
Featuring the Scare Taker, Fright Attendant, Poo Keeper and Zous Chef, guests will have four different stations to visit across the site as part of the trail. As well as undertaking ghoul-ing challenges at each station, guests will have the chance to learn more about life behind the scenes at the zoo and Durrell’s work around the globe.
Halloween Evenings
17:00 – 21:00
As darkness falls on Jersey Zoo, there are secrets to uncover around every corner. So, creep along and explore a path around the zoo, with boo-tiful projections and maybe a surprise or two.
During Halloween Evenings, you can:
- See some of our nocturnal animals as they wake up to explore
- Learn more about the fascinating aye-aye, a nocturnal lemur that used to be seen as an omen of death, who we have been working to protect for over 40 years.
- Enjoy a tasty treat at Café Dodo
- Take a ride in the Hellevator...
The Hellevator
17:00 – 21:00. Recommended for ages 12+
If you’re feeling brave, then step inside the Hellevator if you dare. But be warned, once the doors close behind you, we’re not sure what spine-chilling scares await you!
