If you are having problems viewing the map you can download the pdf.
Most areas of the site are accessible by wheelchair and pushchair via pathways. Shopmobility motorised scooters (£7) and wheelchairs (£4) are available to hire at the Visitor Centre entrance. These facilities can be booked in advance by contacting our Visitors Centre on +44 (0)1534 860000 or sending an e-mail to visitor.centre@durrell.org
Please remember that our wildife park is designed to be an open parkland area which means that you must be relatively fit and able to walk around. If you are infirm or disabled and would like to organise a tour in one of our driven Dodo Mobiles (golf carts) this must be arranged in advance of your visit, giving at least 4 working days notice. To organise your tour, please call +44 (0)1534 860000 or send an e-mail to guides@durrell.org. Again, tours are donated by our volunteers and a donation at your discretion is recommended. Please give 24 hours notice of any cancellations or amendments.
Important note: we are sorry that we cannot allow any dogs, including guide dogs, onto site premises. This is because bringing domestic animals into contact with the endangered species we have within the collection would be too great a risk. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. We can however arrange for our guides to escort any visitors who are visually impaired around the site. Thank you for your understanding. To arrange a guided tour please arrange in advance giving 4 working days notice by calling +44 (0)1534 860000 or send an e-mail to guides@durrell.org
* Scooters, Wheelchairs and Quad-Walkers are used at own risk.
We have three refreshment areas at Durrell Wildlife Park each with their very own style. Café Firefly is situated at our Visitor Centre and is open to both visitors and non-visitors, Dodo Bistro and coffee shop is located within the grounds (by the meerkats & mongoose) and we also have a snack shack by our orangutans where you can get quick refreshments including tea, coffee and ice cream.

Tours & talks
We are fortunate to have volunteer guides who are able to take you or your group on a personal tour of our Jersey site (with French and German speaking tours available). These tours will include information about our founder Durrell, the animals we have on site and our diverse overseas conservation programmes.
As an international charity we need funds to continue our important conservation work, and therefore a donation to Durrell for attending these tours would be appreciated.
Guided tours must be pre-booked 4 working days in advance by calling +44 (0)1534 860000. Please give 24 hours notice of any cancellations or amendments.

Don't forget to join our 'Animal Talks' to find out more about particular animals Durrell has in Jersey. You can pick up a leaflet with the talk times at the entrance to our wildlife park.
