
We hope that our customers are very pleased with both their purchases and the service we offer. If for any reason, however, your purchase is unsuitable, please ensure that you contact us within seven days of receipt. We will then send you a returns form.
Providing the product is returned and received by us within 28 days of date of despatch, is in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging, we will give you a full refund, excluding the delivery charge.
We will consider the overall condition of the item returned when making the refund. You will be responsible for returning the item to us and the associated costs. We will only refund the price of the item or exchange the product once it has been received by us.
Refunds will be made by the same method as you paid for the goods. If a debit or credit card was used, the same card account will be credited. Please note that we do not refund or replace goods unless they are returned and received by us, within 28 days of despatch, and a returns form is enclosed with the goods, duly completed.
Please check both the packaging and your purchases on receipt. In the event of the packaging and your goods being damaged in transit, please ensure that you endorse any delivery note accordingly. Please notify us immediately. Also, please be aware that we do not refund or replace damaged goods unless we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
