delivery information

We deliver throughout the UK, including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

We also deliver to international destinations, but please note that when placing an order with us to be dispatched to an international destination, the customer accepts all responsibility for paying any relevant import duty, taxes and/or VAT applicable to the authorities when the goods are imported. In certain instances, we may have to contact you to notify you of any additional charge, depending on the size and weight of the item etc. We will not send the goods until you have agreed the extra payment.

Providing we have the item in stock, dispatch is normally within 3 - 5 business days (Monday to Friday), from the date we received the order. Delivery should be expected within 4 -7 business days thereafter within the UK depending on the size/weight, time of the year and your location. As a general rule, heavy parcels do take a day or so longer. Once we have sent you notice of dispatch the order cannot be cancelled. On receipt, should you wish to return the goods to us, please see the details in our Returns Policy & Terms & Conditions.

If you do not receive your order within 14 days of receiving confirmation of dispatch, please inform us. If an item ordered is out of stock, and not expected to be back in stock within fourteen business days, we will notify you. In the event of an item ordered being out of stock for any reason, we will dispatch the rest of your order immediately and send the remaining items as soon as possible. We will keep you informed, and contact you if we are aware of any reason for a delivery to take longer than expected.
