Activity week for 7-11 year olds
Tuesday 6th April 2010 - Friday 9th April 2010
Each day will be a different workshop running from 10.00-2.30 (children should bring a packed lunch) and costs £12.50 per workshop.
Tues 6th April: Changing Rooms – Children get to learn about designing an enclosure for our animals and then make a model of their own design.
Wed 7th April: Passion for Primates – Durrell is home to many different primates: lemurs, monkeys and apes, now is your chance to find out about their lives.
Thurs 8th April: Calls of the Wild – Looking at the sounds of the rainforest and why animals call, then using this information to put together our very own performance
Fri 9th April: Magical Madagascar – Discover the variety of animals from Madagascar that we work with and the amazing island they come from.

Please dress children appropriately as they may get dirty out in the grounds.
Non-members will be required to pay the normal admission charges to enter the zoo, alternatively you can become a member online and come in for free all year.
