As man destroys animals' wild homes at ever increasing speed, more and more creatures are being pushed to the brink of extinction. Durrell is racing against the clock to rescue endangered animals and give them the expert support that they need to flourish again - no matter how long it takes.
By remembering the animals in your will, you too can be helping in that race against time. You can rest assured that we will be continuing to do our utmost to ensure that our grandchildren and their grandchildren will rejoice in the wildlife that we have all enjoyed in our lifetime.
Durrell has made many leaps forward, thanks to legacies of all sizes. For example, a number of small legacies turned woodland at our Jersey headquarters into a home where tamarins can live as freely as they do in the wild. It was a legacy that enabled us to study the impact of the bushmeat trade on the Sulawesi crested black macaques.
Legacies allow us to step in to save animals in the knowledge that we have the financial backing to stick with them through thick and thin.
If you would like to talk to us in complete confidence about leaving a legacy to Durrell, please contact Rachel Bailey by email or call her on +44 (0)1534 860065. We understand that writing your will can be very difficult and so we promise to handle your enquiry sensitively.
