Here you will find our telfair skinks within our amphibian and reptile house at Durrell wildlife park.
You will find them most active around the following times (GMT):
10:30 to 11:00 - Morning feed
13:30 - 14:00 - Afternoon feed
The Telfair skink is one of the largest lizards living in Mauritius. The skink can attain a total length of over 40cm. Great progress is being made in our long term Mauritius reptile recovery programme with this species.
