 | Madagascar25 Soiree »This year Durrell is celebrating 25 years of saving species and supporting communities in Madagascar. To help us celebrate these achievements, we organised a soiree with a 3 course Madagascan inspired menu, pre-dinner Madagascan cocktails and entertainment, plus guest speaker Brian Blessed.

 | Durrell Dash 2010 »Now in its third year the Durrell Dash, sponsored by Camerons, has gained such momentum that Durrell have added a variety of fun runs for Children. Adults keen to do their bit for conservation, can compete in a scenic 13 kilometre race in and around the wildlife park, and youngsters have a choice of 1k, 2k or 3k fun runs.

 | Durrell Annual Golf Tournament 2010 »The Durrell Annual Golf Tournament, sponsored by Fairbairn Private Bank, was held at the Royal Jersey Golf Club on 11th June. A total of 25 teams took part in the tournament raising almost £13,000 for Durrell. Oracle Financial Services took home the winning gorilla trophy, with Rossborough coming in a close 2nd. We would like to extend a thank you to the teams, the Royal Jersey Golf Club and all of our supporters and sponsors who made the day memorable.

 | Easter fest 2010 »Durrell's annual Easter fest was held on Sunday 4th April 2010. There were many activities such as space hopper and egg & spoon races, den building and the possibility to build a mountain chicken nest with Peter Mac of Channel 103 in it.

 | An evening with Sir David »“The world needs Durrell.” That’s the view of Sir David Attenborough, who was in Jersey to celebrate the work of Gerald Durrell, visiting the Trust’s headquarters and speaking at a fundraising dinner held to mark Durrell’s 50th birthday.

.JPG) | Durrell 2008 golf tournament »Nearly seventeen thousand pounds was raised by the island’s golfers during Durrell’s inaugural golf tournament. The event sponsors, Fairbairn Private Bank, said they were delighted with the enthusiastic turnout.
