Durrells third annual lecture was held in the Ondaatje Theatre at the Royal Geographical Society on the evening of Thursday 17th September 2009. For those of you who were unable to attend the event and wish to hear the presentations, we have composed a sound recording of the night. The recording also shows the slides that were used including some archived photographs of Gerald Durrell and the Wildlife Trust 50 years ago. Lee Durrell, Honorary Director gives an overview of the anniversary celebrations followed by presentations from Durrells conservation manager Andrew Terry, Head of the International Training Centre Jamie Copsey and guest speaker Professor Michael Bruford of Cardiff University (and Durrells newest Trustee). We hope you will enjoy these informative and inspiring lectures.
