![]() | Prof John Fa As Chief Conservation Officer, John sets the conservation strategy and agenda for Durrell, together with representing the Trust in key forums, developing partnerships with conservation organisations and building relationships with universities. With a doctorate from the University of Oxford, John is also Professor at Imperial College, London University. |
![]() | Tina Rafferty Tina joined Durrell in 2011 and is responsible for Global Human Resources. Tina is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Managers, CIPD and is currently undertaking a Masters in Employment Law (LLM). |
![]() | Rachel Bailey Rachel has a degree in International Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth and joined Durrell in 2005 from Macmillan Cancer Support. Since then she has built up the revenue fundraising team and is responsible for raising voluntary income from individuals, charitable trusts and statutory grants. |
![]() | Kelly Barker Leading both the Marketing and Visitor Centre teams, Kelly’s responsibilities include communications, PR, marketing, website, events, admissions and the Visitor Centre. |
![]() | Mark Brayshaw A mammal keeper at Durrell from 1992, Mark took responsibility for the animal collection in 2010 and is currently undertaking a Masters in Business Administration. Mark’s main objective is to ensure a diverse and dynamic animal collection that supports Durrell’s conservation aims and provides an engaging experience for visitors to the wildlife park. |

Returning to Jersey joining Durrell in 2006. A noted sportsman Andy is also Treasurer of Jersey Cricket Board. |
![]() | Jamie Copsey Jamie has a degree in Zoology from Glasgow University and a Masters in Anthropology from University College London as well as a PGCE in secondary school education. Joining Durrell in 1999, Jamie became Head of the International Training Centre in 2008 and is also responsible for Education, and Visitor Experience. |
![]() | Ivo Le Maistre Smith Originally from Jersey, Ivo was educated at Hautlieu School, with a business studies degree from Leeds Business School. With 15 years of experience in fundraising, Ivo is leading Durrell’s capital fund raising and is responsible for developing corporate relations in Jersey and in the UK. |
![]() | Dr Andrew Terry Andrew is responsible for the management and delivery of Durrell’s conservation programmes ensuring that the projects are resourced, funded and effectively managed. He also chairs the Conservation Group which is the conservation decision-making body for the Trust. A graduate of Nottingham University, and with a doctorate from Copenhagen University, Andrew joined Durrell in 2007. |
