Governance
At the AGM of 2005, members adopted the proposed new Rules, which Jersey’s Royal Court approved in early August 2005. At the AGM of 2008, members adopted the proposed amendments to the Rules, which Jersey’s Royal Court approved late August 2008. Further amendments were agreed at the 2009 AGM and approved by the Royal Court in December 2009.The full Rules can be viewed here .
